Entrepreneurial Etiquette

Rule #1: Never Send Mass Emails!
Studies have shown that mass emails yield much less success than personal emails do. A personal email shows the receiver that the company owner is dedicated, and does care about all of his potential clients and partners.

Rule #2: Don’t be Late
“If you’re early, you’re on time. If you’re on time, you’re late. And if you’re late, don’t bother showing up.” That quote really says it all.

Rule #3: Dress to Impress
Making a good first impression is crucial. You never know when you will make a connection or meet someone who can help your business. Remember to always pick that nice blazer when your going out and if you want to make a real lasting impression, put on a Flower Lapel Pin.

Rule #4: Be Grateful
Always show gratitude to people who take time out of their work and personal lives to help you. A small gift or “thank you” card can go a long way.
